I spent my first career in education, as a teacher and then a principal. Today I’m an attorney. The thread between them is the same: meeting people where they are, explaining hard things clearly, and never making anyone feel behind for not already knowing this.
For years, my job was to make complicated things make sense, first to students, then to families and teachers as a principal. I learned that people don’t need to be impressed; they need to be understood. They need someone patient enough to answer the question behind the question.
When I moved into law, I didn’t leave that behind. Estate planning and business law are full of intimidating words, and too often they’re used to make people feel small. I do the opposite. I translate. I sit with you until it’s clear. And I treat the plan for your family with the same care I’d want for my own.
I founded LSG Legal as a California Professional Corporation so I could practice on my own terms: directly with my clients, at a sustainable pace, with the time to do the work well. When you hire me, you get me, the attorney doing the work and running the firm.
No legalese, no talking down. You'll understand every document you sign and every decision behind it.
Planning isn't only for the wealthy. If you have people you love, you have a plan worth making.
I lead with clarity and patience, never fear. You decide what's right for your family, on your timeline.
A few practical things about how and where I practice. Have a question that isn’t here? Just ask.
