Do I need a will or a living trust?
It depends on your goals. A will directs who receives what, but it generally goes through probate. A living trust can help your family avoid probate, keep things private, and plan for incapacity. In our planning session we’ll look at your situation and I’ll give you a clear recommendation, not a sales pitch.
How much does estate planning cost?
I work on flat fees, so you’ll know the full cost before any work begins. The right plan depends on your family and your goals, and we’ll settle on it together during your Peace of Mind Planning Session. No surprises, no hourly meter.
I'm just getting started. Am I ready for this?
Yes. You don’t need everything figured out to begin. If you’re not ready for a full plan today, you’ll still leave with a clear path forward. A not-now is not a no.
